ComStar App Store was founded by Jason C. Kubin and Henry Melson Jr. with one goal: make it simple and fast for developers to publish their software—without red tape or gatekeeping.

This all started when Jason, from ComStar Productions, launched the very first CAS for Android. You can still find it here: CAS on Google Play. But that was just the beginning.

He called in his long-time partner-in-crime, Henry from Embercom. Together they dreamed, coded, crashed, rebuilt—and never stopped pushing forward. Their shared mission: build an open app store that anyone could access, and every creator could belong to.
