Message Posting Policy

The following section defines the acceptable perameters for message posting.

1. Keep it Civil - This Spot-a-Cop is not a place to settle personal differences.

2. Keept it Clean - No profanity, threats, or other content that is damaging to the group,

specific memebers, or our community.

3. Stay on Topic - Messages posted shall remain on the original posts topic.

4. Keep New Posts Relevant - All new posts shall only contain content releveant to the group and it's mission goal.

5. Keep it Safe - No post shall include any threats of violence, harm to persons or property, or that promotes criminal activity.

What Does It Mean?

Rule 1 We are not here to argue. It is ok to debate but we draw the line at unprofessional behavior. Act like you would around people you are trying to become friends with because in the end, we all gotta live together.

Rule 2 We say no profanity but we understand that some profanity is just the norm these days. So we ask that you limit it. Keep it PG13.

Rule 3 Keep your posts limited to the mission statement of ALERTS. If you wish to discuss opinions and such, that should be done in the OPEN FORUM .

Rule 4 Please do not post old alerts that are no longer active. If you wish to post such content, again, use the OPEN FORUM .

Rule 5 Do not post harmful or threatening content please.
